Green V Dakar, Trans Yellow
Green V Dakar is included in a small series of Green guitar models that have in common that they have a matte finish and have a transparent sand yellowish color. It makes them both more comfortable to play and we think they look very nice. You can not really imagine that the V model saw the light for the first time in the 50s when You see these axes.
It was good looking then and it is still a real rockers weapon. Unlike a Les Paul, Green V has a slightly more well-defined tone, a bit more treble. It really cuts through the soundscape if you want it to, much like an SG. We have chosen a relatively thin comfortable neck as in our other guitars in the Comfort Series. It really is something we have been praised for.
Traditionally, V-guitars often have thick necks. But here you have an easy-to-play guitar with a thinner neck and low string action. High finish, good quality of hardware and pickups. A good resonant body and neck in mahogany creates punch in the tone and great sustain.
