The SG-30, which pioneered the YAMAHA SG series, is a valuable item with very small numbers available in the second-hand market. Although it is a bolt-on specification, it sounds well even with live sound, and you will notice the the vibrations are transmitted through the body. The guitar is very light and the sound is characteristic mid-range pronounced, but still clear.
